Kelsey and Parker's Wedding

Kelsey and Parker's wedding this past Saturday at Villa Academy and following reception at the Seattle Tennis Club were utterly gorgeous. I couldn't stop photographing the beautiful bride!

Kelsey worked hard planning all the details, and I think it really paid off... I loved the pink peonies!!

The ring bearer was adorable, and we were lucky that he loved the camera!

I was lucky because my Mom and Dad were there as guests!! It was so much fun to have them around :)

Congratulations Kelsey and Parker... we hope you have a great honeymoon!!

Alisia and Andrew

We had a fantastic afternoon this past Sunday photographing Alisia and Andrew who are getting married this August!

We started the shoot downtown in Pioneer Square, it was fun to wander with the two of them...

We found ourselves in a local coffee shop, Zeitgeist Coffee, I loved the urban feel and it was fun watching the two of them together chatting it up.

We also went to Gasworks Park for some sun, it was so much fun shooting the two of them, we didn't want to quit... :)

Thanks for a great afternoon guys, we can't wait for your wedding!!

Emory and Matt

We had a great time photographing Emory and Matt's engagement session at the Arboretum last week, they were so patient with the heavy Seattle rain... thank goodness we waited it out!

I loved seeing the two of them interact with each other... it was as if we weren't there. You could just feel the love between them pouring out!

Now we really can't wait until their October 12th wedding! Emory, you are going to be so beautiful in that wedding dress!!! :)

Family

Adam and I've been having a great time with family at our house lately. Adam's Grandmother from Alabama came to visit for the first time last month. It was so wonderful to have her here and to share Seattle and the Northwest with her.

We took the ferry over to Bainbridge Island to visit the Bloedel Reserve. Adam and I had heard about the 150 acre Reserve, but had never been there. It was amazing and we will definitely return...

We were lucky because Adam's Mom also came to visit at the same time from Colorado, it was really great to spend so much time together. (Thanks to my Mom for the photo below :) )

After Adam's Mom and Grandmother left we had my side of the family over for a big dinner at our house. My cousins, Azure and Mike cooked an amazing 6 course meal for us... and we drank wine made by Adam's Uncle Howard, how fantastic!

My Aunt JoAnne brought all the old family photo albums, as well as over 30 years of my Grandma's Christmas letters that we read and reminisced over.

Such great food!!!

My cousin Matt is amazing at the Rubik's Cube... he finished the one below in a minute and a half!

One of the best things that my Aunt brought to our house was the telegraph (below) that my Grandpa sent to my Great Grandparents to tell them my Dad had been born... so cool.

Thanks to all of our family for spending time with us, we love you!
